In the event that a size or color is not available, I will issue a refund. All items that I sell are made to order as requested by the customer. If you are requesting a personalized design. Please double-check your spelling for errors!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right
Exchanges
Exchanges are not allowed, As each item is MADE TO ORDER specifically for each customer.
Refunds
In the event that you choose not to wait for a size/color to become available, A refund will be issued. If you choose to wait for the product to become available, Please keep in mind it can take a few weeks. I will do my best to get your merchandise made and to you as quickly as I can.
Returns
Returns are not accepted as each item is made to order. Please make sure to order the correct size and color. Check all personalized items for spelling errors BEFORE you email me your personalized designs.
